The Milton Brothers
The José Milton Foundation was established by the patriarch of the Milton family, architect mogul and entrepreneur José Milton. Mr. Milton attributed his success to opportunities available in Miami, Florida, where he made his home in 1962. His three sons work to honor their father’s legacy as active leaders in the South Florida community. Together they manage operations and growth at United Property Management and José Milton & Associates.
United Property Management is one of the largest property owners and managers in South Florida with almost 9000 residential units and commercial real estate. As a vertically integrated company, the Milton family performs its own land acquisitions and planning, construction and maintenance, financing, marketing, and leasing. Executives and senior management are engaged in the every day flow of the company.
Hands-on involvement, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional customer service are pillars of the United Property Management culture.
